Whatsapp, Messenger not showing photos in gallery

Photos from Whatsapp or Messenger for Android won't show in your gallery even you have allowed it in the app settings?
Here is the method how to fix it:
Delete file ".nomedia" from /Internal memory/
2. Delete file ".nomedia" from /Internal memory/Whatsapp/
3. Delete file ".nomedia" from /Internal memory/Whatsapp/Media
4. Delete file ".nomedia" from /Internal memory/Whatsapp/Media/WhatsApp Images/
Now you should see the images in the gallery.
Messenger
If you don't see in the gallery images which you have saved in the Messenger for Android, delete file ".nomedia" from /internal memory/Pictures/Messenger or delete file ".nomedia" from /External memory/Pictures/Messenger
Now you should see the images in gallery in album messenger
